MEMBERSHIP POLICIES -
As a member, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(1) you have no authority to act on behalf of OZG;
(2) you shall not identify any Client or OZG as your employer;
(3) you are joining the OZG in your individual capacity and not as a representative or on behalf of any other company or organization or firm, except as otherwise agreed in writing between such organization and OZG;
(4) OZG, in its sole discretion, may determine your eligibility for membership, and also reserved the right to terminate membership without serving any notice in case of violation of membership guidelines.
ASSIGNMENT, ACCEPTANCE & SCOPE OF PROJECTS --
Your participation in Projects and Online Platform Activities is always at your discretion. OZG makes no representation regarding the frequency, quantity, or types of invitations to Projects or Platform Activities you will receive or in which you will be chosen to participate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by OZG or stated in any project invitation — You may not assign Projects or Platform Activities or delegate any portion of your work to others.
