# How to join it?To sign-up for Ozgian Events, please email your visiting card to: event@ozgian.com and transfer the suggested sign-up fee to ozg@upi as per your location.# How does it work?This is not only 1-2 hours good time meetup, Ozgian also get you an opportunity to interact with other participants at virtual platform as per your schedule and choice as soon as you complete the two simple steps of sign-up. Entire event is set to run by innovative ideas. Unlike other meetups, here we assign a different volunteer role to every participant, so that you can be able to make a good time right from your confirmation day to event day.# Location:
Reputed Venue in Downtown. It will be different for each meetup. Full address will be updated to attendees by confirmation email.
# Schedule:
This will be updated as per the events, usually on weekends or on public holidays.

# Ozgian Rules:1.0 Time is money for everyone.
1.1 Please remember, your time at Ozgian Events is an investment made by yourself and Ozgian. Do not let it be wasted.
1.2 Your time at Ozgian Events is entitled to be monitored physically as well as electronically for research purpose and further improvements.
2.0 Etiquette: Respect always matters.
As you know most of participants have never met before joining to Ozgian Meetup, in order to avoid any misunderstanding and to demonstrate respect for the other, please keep the following norms in mind whenever you are at any Ozgian Events:
2.1 Follow the same standards of politeness that you would in any other situation.
2.2 Feel free to express your ideas, thoughts, and feelings, but do so in a way that will respect others.
2.3 Prepare your communication in a professional manner & please use respectful salutations.
2.4 Everyone makes mistakes. Don’t criticize others’ simple errors.
2.5 Always avoid using slangs. Speak Good and Get goodness.
3.0 Insults and Threats:
3.1 Please be respectful of others even when you do not agree with them; if that is asking too much then please report it to Ozgian Backend Team in writing. Insults and personal attacks are not welcome on any participants, who resorts to such behavior, be subject to discipline, ranging from a warning to removal.
3.2 All participants should feel free to be able to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. This does not mean you can not question any view that has been expressed, nor should you expect your own view to become the subject of agreement.
3.3 Anyone who threatens another participants, or acts in such a way which causes another participant to feel threatened, will be immediately removed by management.
4.0 Health and Hygiene:
4.1 Please be careful about Health and Hygiene.
4.2 If you have any medical history, please inform to backend team in advance.
5.0 Dress Code –
5.1 It is management’s intent that participants' attire should complement an environment that reflects an efficient, orderly, and professionally operated events. All participants are expected to use standard wear as per local context.
5.2 Please, avoid wearing t-shirts, clothing with commercial, political or religious slogans, sweatshirts, halter-tops and anything that leaves the shoulders bare.
6.0 Ethics and Go Green Campaign:
6.1 Ozgian is a completely vegetarian organization. You are not expected to treat animals or birds as a food items either in your talk / views / opinion / action at any place wherever you represent yourself as an Ozgian.
6.2 Any participants are not allowed to bring any form of non-vegetarian food at Ozgian Events.
7.0 Solicitation:
7.1 No professionals shall solicit work or ask favour in Ozgian Good Time Events.
8.0 Promotional Activities:
8.1 No one shall distribute or circulate any written or printed materials with prior confirmation from backend team of Ozgian Events.
9.0 Sexual Harassment Policy:
Ozgian’s position is that sexual harassment is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity of the social and professional relationship.
All participants have the right to communicate in an environment free from all forms of discrimination and conduct which can be considered harassing, coercive, or disruptive, including sexual harassment. Anyone engaging in harassing conduct will be subject to discipline, ranging from a warning to removal from Ozgian Events.
What is sexual harassment? Sexual harassment is defined as any unwanted physical, verbal or visual sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other sexually oriented conduct which is offensive or objectionable to the recipient, including, but not limited to: epithets, derogatory or suggestive comments, slurs or gestures and offensive posters, cartoons, pictures, video, or drawings.
What is not sexual harassment? Sexual harassment does not refer to occasional compliments of a socially acceptable nature. It refers to behavior that is not welcome, that is personally offensive, that debilitates morale, and that, therefore, interferes with work and communication effectiveness.
